- FREE DELIVERY on online purchases of $195 or more (within Australia only)
- Delivery times are 3-5 business days from the time the order is received into the system. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
- A confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
- All deliveries are made by Australia Post, will require a signature, and are subject to Australia Post delivery times.
Please note that during our sale/promotional events, the delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.
Delivery origin: Melbourne
Orders of $195 or more will receive FREE DELIVERY. For all orders under $195, a flat fee of $15 will be charged for delivery within Australia.
We are pleased to offer deliveries to New Zealand. Your order will be shipped to New Zealand for a flat fee of AUD $35. We use a provider that offers full traceability.
If you would like to make a purchase online and you are not in Australia or New Zealand please contact us directly via email before you place your order so we can discuss the shipping arrangements directly with you.
When your order is shipped we will send you an email notifying you that it has been dispatched and provide you with a unique tracking number. You can then track the delivery of your parcel by visiting the Australia Post website and entering your tracking number. If you're not home when Australia Post attempts delivery they will leave you a card indicating the option for another delivery time or alternatively direct you to your local Post Office where you may pick up the parcel.
Please Note: A signature is required for all deliveries. Items will not be left in a "safe place" for security purposes.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
At High and Mighty we know it can be tricky to get the right size and style when you start shopping with us. If you have found that your purchases aren’t right, we have a few options to try and ensure that we can help you get what you were looking for, however, refunds will not be offered for Clearance items.
Please note that the options outlined are in addition to your statutory rights.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS
To accept and process any returns we need you to return any items within 14 days of receiving/purchasing the goods, enclosing the original invoices. All items must be unwashed, unworn, unsoiled, and unused in their original condition with all tags attached, accompanied by any other associated packaging. Goods returned must be in a saleable condition. The above is applicable for all purchases both online or in-store.
For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be exchanged where it has not been tried on and is in its original packaging. Additional information regarding any exchanges of underwear is available in your delivery or from emailing prior to your purchase.
ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If necessary, we will get in touch, so we can look at different size or style options for your exchange or return. You may need to provide us with measurement details or refer to an existing item/size that fits you well. If there are any additional postage charges incurred, you will be notified prior to any charges being processed.
If you would like to exchange/return your purchase, please complete the Exchanges/Returns form provided in your parcel and enclose it with your returned item. Please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer along with any relevant sizing information containing the exchanged item to be processed. If applicable any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed and if any additional balances need to be paid.
Refunds will not be offered for Clearance items.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly identified item purchased online we will pay for the postage costs. There will be no further delivery charges for any subsequent associated postages relating to that specific order receipt. This must be completed within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Refunds will only be processed against the original EFTPOS/Credit Card used to purchase the original items via our online payment gateway.
If you have requested a refund for your online purchase, we will notify you via email once your refund has been approved and processed. A refund for an online purchase is exclusive of any postage charges.
**Please note that any subsequent returns following the initial purchase and return on the same order will incur postage and handling charges.
As High and Mighty is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend that you return it using trackable/registered mail. If you have not received a confirmation of receipt email within 5 working days of you lodging your return, please contact us with your return details and tracking information.

IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
